Kiren Chamberlain (1959-2021)
Kiren Chamberlain was born on December 16, 1959. She was raised in Goshen, St. Elizabeth in Jamaica. On December 28, 1978, she moved to New York. While there, she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration at Manhattan College.
She was hired as an accountant for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City. She was a devoted employee from 1989 to 2021. She worked her way up in the company and became the Accounting Operations Director.
During her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling, studying geography, discussing politics, bargain shopping, and attending church.
She was generous, admirable, loving, caring, and a hard-working person. She touched the hearts of many people in her 61 years of life. She will forever be missed.
On August 29, 2021, Kiren passed away from small cell lung cancer.
In honor of Kiren Chamberlain’s memory, we are asking family and friends to donate to "The Lung Cancer Research Foundation."
