Chicago Lung Run
Join us for the Lung Cancer Research Foundation's Fourteenth Annual Chicago Lung Run. Proceeds benefit LCRF and its mission to improve lung cancer outcomes by funding research for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure of lung cancer.

*The Fourteenth Annual Chicago Lung Run 10K will be managed for up to a 15 min/mile pace. All participants are expected to complete their selected race within this limit.
A designated gear check area will be available at the start/finish lines.
All registrants will receive an official race t-shirt. Race shirts are short-sleeve, unisex-sized, and available in XS-XL. Please select carefully as shirt sizes and quantities are fixed, and we are unable to exchange shirt sizes.
Own the Road Signs
Celebrate your team, honor a survivor or remember a loved one. Individuals who raise $500 or more will receive a sign to be placed along the course of your choice. Signs can include personal messages to mark your commitment to fighting lung cancer.
The 10K and 5K runs are timed using transponder (D-tag) technology, providing an accurate time from the start to the finish line.
- Course maps will be available in July 2018.
- Water stations are located at the starting line, approximate mid-point, and the finish line.
- Strollers, bikes, skates, and dogs are prohibited from participating in the 10K and 5K portion of the event.

Limited parking is available in Montrose Harbor.
Awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers. The awards presentation will begin at approximately 10 am.
Results will be posted online at lcrf.org/LungRun following the race.
The Chicago Lung Run will take place rain or shine. If we are required to cancel the event due to dangerous weather conditions, announcements will be made on race day at the start/finish area.
