Hello Friends!

If you’ve seen me around recently, you’ll know that I’m referring to 2023 as “The Year of Yes” – a year dedicated to pushing physical boundaries, finding new adventures, and striving for personal growth. 

As part of this journey, I’m thrilled to be running the 2023 New York City Marathon this November in memory of my grandparents, John and Patricia Burns, who both passed away from Lung Cancer in 1999 and 2010.

Since their passing, lung cancer research and prevention has held a special place in my heart, and so I am thrilled to be running for Team Lung Cancer Research Foundation to support an amazing cause and help fight the leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States.
