Team Gayle is committed to raising awareness and funds for lung cancer research!
Gayle grew up dancing, took adult dance classes for years, performed her (step) aerobics tapes/DVDs until the end, and practiced yoga during her last years with us.
Then tragically on May 20, 2016, she passed away from lung cancer after being diagnosed (stage IV) just 15 days prior. She hadn't smoked in over 30 years.
Through the Lung Cancer Research Foundation's Free to Breathe Yoga, we are using our breath and our bodies in honor of Gayle and others of those who have been affected by lung cancer. Join us in the powerful virtual practice (Registration Fee has been waived!) and/or spread hope by making a donation to a member of our team!
Your donation will help improve lung cancer outcomes by funding research for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure of lung cancer. More people die from lung cancer in the U.S. than any other cancer, and it is the second most common cancer among both men and women in the U.S. Together, we are stronger than lung cancer!
